How does it work?
1: Register as conference delegate. Indicate in your registration that you would like to register for the Message2Meet service.
2: Onsite you will also receive a 'phonebook' showing all participants ID number.
3: Together with the 'phonebook' you will receive simple instructions and a phone number where to send the SMS to
4: You are now able to schedule a meeting with the person you wish to meet

How to register:
Register as conference delegate. Indicate in your registration that you would like to register for the Message2Meet service and how you wish to use the SMS service

Conditions:

• Only pre-registered (before September 21) conference delegates are able to use this unique meeting scheduler
• The SMS service is only in use during opening hours of the event
• Mobile numbers will not be exposed other than to the person you wish to meet
• All mobile numbers will be handled in a secure IP environment and only be available to Synergy
• Synergy will only use your mobile number to update you on the progress and changes prior and during the event (if you have indicated you would like to make use of this service)
• SMS service can be cancelled at any time during the event
• SMS messages that you send to schedule a meeting will be charged at UK, standard SMS rate, so no premium rates
